Boasting a Working Load Limit (WLL) ranging from 63 kg to 1000 kg and a versatile outreach of 1 to 6 metres, the BETA 500 combines smooth 270° manual slewing with the heavy-lifting power of an electric chain hoist. The standard pillar height (Hp) is 2500 mm, though bespoke dimensions can easily be accommodated upon request.

• Working Area Limitation: A permanent SO arm rotation limiter is fitted as standard. For highly restrictive workspaces, an adjustable SO arm rotation limiter is available as an option.
• Additional Electrical Socket: We can install an extra electrical socket at the hoist to power suspended attachments, such as vacuum grippers featuring an electric pump.

Installation & Concrete Floor Fastening:

The BETA 500 is designed for robust and secure fastening directly to a concrete floor.

• Fixing Method: The crane is secured via a heavy-duty steel intermediate plate mounted on chemical anchors.
• Project-Based Installation: Installation of the intermediate plate is carried out strictly on a project basis.
• Structural Requirements: Customers must provide documentation confirming the structural strength of the concrete floor to ensure it meets the necessary load guidelines.
