Information about the delivery time of products can be found in the description on the website. 
An additional charge enable direct transport from the manufacturer's warehouse to the warehouse belonging to the Customer or any other desired destination. This helps to reduce product damage during transportation.   

Custom-made products are not covered by our returns policy. Please ensure when ordering all measurements and capacities are correct as we are unable to refund on these products. It is possible to return only products from the category “Accessories".
It is possible to ship products outside of UK.
