Key Features & Precision Adjustability

The DELTA 100 is designed to adapt to your specific spatial and operational requirements. The fully adjustable framework allows operators to easily modify the height of the support beam, the height of the driving supports, and the horizontal span of the beam.

• Foldable & Demountable Design: Features two height-adjustable side stands that fold away easily. The entire crane can be dismantled into manageable components, significantly simplifying transport, storage, and maintenance.
• Precision Height Adjustment: Equipped with a manual crank mechanism for smooth, precise lifting and lowering of the gate beam. (Please note: height adjustments must only be performed when the crane is unladen). The mechanism is then safely secured via a robust locking screw.
• Upper Drive Beam & Trolley: Supplied as standard with an upper drive beam, a manual traversal trolley, and a high-quality manual chain hoist.
• Heavy-Duty Mobility: Fitted with four premium swivel castors featuring polyurethane tyres and reliable locking brakes, ensuring effortless mobility and absolute stability when stationary.

Wheelsets can be optionally equipped with:

• direction lock (every 90 °)
• underrun protection
